By using conventional recruiting methods linked to an SMS campaign, UPS realized excellent results. There was a significant increase in attendance at job fairs, ROI for the recruitment effort was up both by method (medium) and by market, and the overall cost of the campaign was relatively low. Although the UPS recruitment strategy used a number of different tactics, they were based on and linked to a core SMS strategy. The company plans to continue with this cost-effective program. |
