SMS recruiting campaigns have been implemented by a wide range of companies, as evidenced by the 89% of organizations who used it to some degree in 2008. For a wide range of companies, the strategy has been successful in recruiting talent.

SMS aggregators typically deliver 100% of the messages. Return click-through rates run from a low of about 10% but more often in the low- to mid-teens. Because an SMS campaign is carefully targeted and has 100% delivery, those who respond are especially good prospects.
