The Obama campaign’s successful mobile and text messaging strategy provides ample reason for companies to use the same strategy to recruit needed talent. For the three groups noted above, the mobile strategy was the predominant form of communication.

This strategy is especially useful for companies that require or want a diverse workforce. And for recruiting Millennials, the first truly digitally savvy generation, the use of mobile recruiting methods are imperative.
